JUMEIRAH ZABEEL SARAY REVEALS THE WORLD’S MOST LUXURIOUS SPA EXPERIENCE

It wouldn’t be a ‘tour of beauty’ without indulging in the world most luxurious spa experience. In 2013 Dubai’s award winning Talise Ottoman spa, located in the Jumeirah Zabeer Saray hotel launched the extravagant ‘24K gold mask’ beauty treatment. This was in association with Margy Monte Carlo. Margie Lombard (Margy’s) exclusively designed the 24-carat gold-chain mails mask for the spa.
 

About the Spa:

The Talise Ottoman Spa boasts the prestigious reputation of being one of the most luxurious spas in the Middle East. It’s over 8,000 m² and includes 70 separate treatment rooms (females, males and couples) over two floors. The spa also has an impressive menu, which offers over 50 unique treatments.
 

The 24k gold mask treatment:

“The Treatment aims at slowing down collagen depletion and the breakdown of elastin.” So the big question, why is gold is so highly sacred? - “Gold conducts ions which stimulate cellular growth of the basal layer, regenerating firm skin cells and providing a tightening effect” - The Jumeirah Zabeel Saray.

In addition to the mask you also receive “a Arabian gold hammam and a Rose oil Jacuzzi bath’. Once the treatment finishes you are then escorted to your own private suite, where you will indulge in a champagne and caviar lunch. Rachel’s ‘24k gold mask’ experience:

The beauty therapist started the treatment by applying a hydrating cleanser and and exfoliate on her face. Rachel described the feeling to be ‘very creamy.’ The gold mask was then applied and the electric currents were turned on. The sensitive skin program ran first; a firming one followed this. When the gold chain mask was on Rachel’s face, she said“ My gums and teeth are feeling great”. The therapists advised that everyone has different sensations when experiencing the treatment.
