Mango Sundae Smoothie
Recently we have been all about smoothies, so we are bring you one more from the amazing Kelly Gibney
1 mango - chopped and frozen prior
1 cup coconut milk / cream
2 Tbsp grated raw ginger
2 Tbsp chia seeds
Pinch each of nutmeg and cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla
Large handful ice.
Place all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth and creamy.
