On the road in Greece
Most interesting person you met (on or off screen) in Greece? Eleni Karimalis and her incredible view on life. Her beauty as she cooked ... So effortless. She puts so much LOVE in everything! She has a clear view that all energy is connected. From human to animal to plant ... you need to put love into all of these beautiful living energies. I always believed this , so to hear this from Eleni was very meaningful to me!
Best beauty product or secret... Goat’s milk
Must have fashion item… Greek wine
Try any good foods? Any food that comes from Eleni's kitchen is delicious! Particularly spinach and feta pie.
Most beautiful scenery, place or sight? To be able to be at the Acropolis at 5am watching the Full Moon in Virgo sink behind the mountains.. To see the sun rising.. It was one of the most incredible moments of my life! We were granted early access to the site for filming and we were the only people there. It was incredible. And I wil never forget it.
Something you learned... There is a huge sense of community on Ikaria. There is no separation or age barrier there. The island is so accepting and welcoming. Community contributes to longevity.
I also learned that where you can, it's best to "grow your own". They take and use everything from their farm there, and in Ikaria they were "organic" before organic was a thing.
Funniest moment (on or off screen)? Clearly walking around in the radioactive hot springs in the ocean! It was a hilarious scene to film.
Three words to describe Greece …. Magical ... Unity ... Fearless
